BOOKINGS & CANCELATION POLICY:

All sessions must be booked via the website, app, email, or phone (WhatsApp or text message). You can book up to 12 hours before the start of the session. Last-minute bookings (less than 12 hours before the start of the session) are possible via WhatsApp if Qrunch confirms your appointment. If you want to be sure, book your session more than 12 hours before the start. All cancellations must be made 24 hours before the start of the session. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the start will be fully refunded, or you can reserve another time by contacting Qrunch. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full and will not be refunded or moved to another day or time. All reservations made through the above channels are valid and are a legitimate reservation and will therefore be charged. All purchased punch cards, sessions, or gift cards are non-refundable.​
